A: Size, voltage, wattage, speed requirements, battery type, front wheel kits or rear wheel kits, if you need other parts like PAS, disc brake, speed cassette, just note it.
2.Q: Can I take samples to test quality and market in advance?
A: Yes, welcome to take samples to test our quality and service.
3.Q: What's the total cost for samples?
A: Total sample cost= sample cost + freight
We will give u the best shipping cost after knowing the wheel size, battery needed or not.
4.Q: How do you ship samples?
A: Considering sample quantity is not big, we ship samples by EMS, TNT, DHL or fedex , fast and less damages.
5.Q: Why don't you ship samples by sea? We are informed shipping by sea is cheaper than by air.
A: As sample quantity is not big, and customer want to delivery it by sea, it must be LCL shipping(less container loading shipping), generally LCL shipping freight is very low, or it could be ZERO, BUT in destination port, nearly ALL countries charge very high port fees, it might be expensive than by air, thought shipping by air "sounds" expensive.
6.Q: What's your minimum order quantity:
A: 10sets, one or two samples are ok .
7.Q: Could I use my own forwarder?
A: Yes
8.Q: I am new to internation business, could you find an experienced forwarder to organize shipment for us?
A: Yes, we will assist you to work out the shipping and import process.
9.Q: Is the sample same with formal orders?
A: Yes, sample's specification, performance and quality are totally same to formal orders.
10.Q: Could you print customer's logo and information on cartons and kits?
A: Yes, but it is some charge fee for sample, and no charge fee for bulk order.
11.Q: What's your delivery time?
A: For samples: within 7 days; For orders: within 25 days.
12.Q. How do you control quality?
A: At DongDian Motor, each ebike and e-bike kit will be test 100%, our QA will check products as international and professional requirements, and sign an independent certificate for each product, so we confirm Golden Motor products are 100% good before shipping.
